Currie Bucher is a welcome addition to Ralston Group. While new to real estate in the Treasure Valley, she personifies the ethos of Ralston Group, and over time will unquestionably earn the reputation as one of the leading real estate professionals in Idaho.
Currie exemplifies all of the best qualities and experiences of someone born and raised in the Deep South. Well educated, bright, diverse life experience, and exceptional people skills, she’s had a successful professional career extending over 17 years. Her proven core competencies and innate abilities are central to creating and sustaining long-term, trust based relationships in real estate — oral and written communications excellence, financial data management, client advocacy, attention to detail, and marketing, sales and negotiating skills delivered with a subtle, but highly effective southern charm.
An honors graduate of Vanderbilt University, Currie initially leveraged her communications talents by entering the advertising industry in Austin, Texas. Rapidly rising through the ranks of a highly prestigious firm, she was quickly promoted into various positions of increasing responsibility. In these roles she excelled in managing key client relationships, developing and managing budgets and schedules, conducting market analysis, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, measuring performance, and supervising staff teams. Also gifted with entrepreneurial instincts and a flair for fashion, Currie created, owned and served as buyer for a highly acclaimed, award winning Austin boutique.
Now living in The Highlands and loving Boise, Currie and her husband Matt are blessed with young daughter Mary Boone, and are committed to making The Treasure Valley community a better place to live. An active member of the Cathedral of the Rockies, Currie also serves as a board member for the Alzheimer’s Association. When life permits, Currie loves to read, cook, travel, and watch college football.
